Ran into issues trying to book Ashley. We had a posting for a single day event with an hourly rate specified. This hourly rate is within the range that she lists as 'acceptable' on her own profile. So, she contacted me and we talked on the phone. She first asked for a higher rate, to which I responded that the posting had been quite clear on the price. Then, she asked if I could guarantee her ongoing work. No, I responded, this was a one-time posting. She said "I don't think we fit" and we ended the call. ...all of this info was clearly posted in either my posting or was on your own page. If it's not ok, why even set up a phone call?
