I graduated from CSUN in May with a degree in Child Development. I have been a preschool teacher for over a year. I was with 1 year olds for a few months (1:4 ratio, 16 child group size), then moved to the 2 year olds (1:6 ratio, 24 child group size). I was at a play based school, so the majority of time was spent outside with a shared yard with 3-4 year olds. Out on the yard, we tended to all children's needs, whether they were in our classroom or not. We also planned activities and aided children if we thought they were developmentally behind. CPR certified
