Hello my name is Silvina I have lived in Los Angeles (San Fernando Valley area) since 1993. I have worked as a nanny since 2008. I have experience with kids from 4 months to 10 years old. I speak fluent English as well as Spanish, I am health conscious and feed the kids accordingly, as long as parents approve. I enjoy playing, reading and spending time outdoors (garden, walks, parks). I've worked anywhere from 15 to 30 hours per week for 4 or 5 different families thru the past 10 years. I currently work 1 1/2 days a week and I am looking for additional part time would consider longer hours. I am very reliable. I am CPR certified. I enjoy spending time with children and helping them grow and develop in a healthy way. Currently I care 1 day a week for a 10 old. I have been with Read more this family for 8 years since child was 2.5 years old; at first only 1 complete day and an evening and eventually 3 days a week 25 to 30 hours but now they don’t need as much help. Before that I cared for 9 month old in Woodland Hills until she was two and after that for her sister from 4 months old to 1 year old. In 2009 I worked for 1 1/2 years for a family who was in Los Angeles for work for the time specified. This was a 9 month old when job started until she was a little over 2 years old. I also traveled to New York a couple of times for this family. The availability on the site does not allow me to be specific so I will explain here: I am looking for a part time position and I am available Mondays ,Wednesdays and/or Fridays during the day. I am looking for 10 to 15 hours per week approximately. I can give more details about tasks performed at previous and current position if you contact me but in general is child care, cooking for child, feeding, changing, playing, reading, child laundry (only), tidy up room, etc... Just depends on the position but those are general tasks. Thank you for considering me I will provide a background check if desired.
