My name is Crystal and I've had the pleasure of having 10+ years experience working in a preschool type setting, after school program, special needs, and babysitting for families from the preschool. I started babysitting at the age of 14 for family and friends. That is when I started to have compassion working with kids. There is no other joy than to see a child's face light up when you walk into a room. When they run toward you and embrace your leg or want to be picked up you know you have made an impact on that child. I worked with preschool age children for 6 years. While working at the facility I attended annual conferences. I worked at an elementary school for 5 years as an after school program leader for K-6. When I completed my degree I had 26 college units in Early Childhood Education.
