I love working with children, in my previous work experience I have developed great patience and communication skills with kids. I have worked as a tutor and as a babysitter as well. I love helping children with their homework and to help them develop their creativity too. I believe kids need a routine to be disciplined but they also need to have fun, and be recognized(rewarded) so they can develop confidence in themselves, feel loved.
