Hello! I am Damaris Romero, an educated and responsible 21-year-old interested in child care. I am currently a Biology major with goals of pursuing a career in dentistry. I have been involved in child care my whole life, as I am the older sister of two siblings and the oldest child in my immediate family. I was always the go-to caregiver for my younger family members, which gave me a substantial amount of experience. I have benefitted considerably from this experience with infants and children during my 7 years of paid babysitting and nannying work. I have worked in everything from nannying a 4-month-old infant to tutoring high school students. My tutoring background includes math, science, Spanish, and music (theory and practice). I am fluent in both English and Spanish, as I come from a traditional Mexican family. I also cook a variety of cuisines, from healthy snacks to complex Read more Mexican dishes. Additionally, I am CPR certified and trained in First Aid by the American Heart Association. Feel free to contact me if you think I would be a good fit for your family. Thank you for visiting my profile!
