My name is Alana.I'm originally from Russia.I moved to the United States 8,5 years ago.I graduated from the North Ossetian University and from the College of Arts with Master's in Pedagogics/Psychology and Bachelors in Music/Piano.I also went to Mesa College in San Diego for 2 years. I've worked as a teacher for 8 years at the music school in Russia and at the indoor playground centers(SmartKidsTime and the Learning Adventure Village in La Mesa,CA)I've taught piano,preschool,arts,music theory and solfege.We've also done a lot of Smart Board activities and games learning the shapes,colors,letters and other.During a break we had fun playing different games in a bounce house and in a play room.Children also had an engineering class and dancing class in The Learning Adventure Village.I helped them there too.It was a lot of fun and children really enjoyed it.Most of children we worked with were between 3 and 12 years old.e Read more I've also worked as a babysitter in Russia and in the United States for many years and really enjoyed it.We played different games and did a lot of fun activities including playing musical instruments,singing,drawing,writing stories,reading interesting books,playing at a pool and outside,bird watching,going to Disneyland and other amusement parks,taking photos,hiking,swimming,boogie boarding,riding scooters and bikes,playing Hide-and-sick and Catch,going to the museums and doing shopping and other.We also liked petting and feeding the animals at a zoo. I love children of all age groups.When I babysitt infants we walk outside,play with toys,read books and draw.3-6-year-old like playing active games and learn the new things,walking and running outside,swimming and playing different games in a pool,playing with a ball, jumping in a bounce house,meeting with the other kids,playing with a clay and bubbles.6-9-year-olds like playing different musical instruments and sing their favorite songs,reading and walking outside,meeting with friends and classmates,creating new games and activities. I currently work part-time as a piano teacher at The Fine Tune Academy.I also give private piano lessons at my student's homes.My students always show great results.Most students are at school until 3-4 pm so my lessons don't start until 4-5 pm.I'm free in the mornings and would love to work as a babysitter at that time.I can start as early as needed and can work until 2 pm on Mondays,Tuesdays and Thursdays.I speak English and Russian.
