I've always loved babies! I started babysitting for family and neighbors at a very young age. I made sure that all my volunteer experiences include babies or kids in a way or another, they're the best and I'm lucky to work with these little angels. It's been a hobby and a volunteer experience for the most part until 2013. I worked at a daycare with babies (ages 0-18months). Then I became a babysitter for some of the kids at work. I considered babysitting as a break from school, because there was nothing I enjoyed more! I started working as a babysitter in 2014. I used to babysit a wonderful 2-year-old girl in Sacramento every weekend or more. I'm experienced with most ages, from my volunteer experiences as a teenager. I went to college in San Diego and I worked with many families over 3 years, from consistent date nights to occasional emergencies. I also did event childcare too. I also volunteered in the NICU for 2 years, so I have experience with the most vulnerable babies (preemies and newborns). I also volunteered as a mentor/tutor in 2 different programs for older kids (ages 5-16). I’m a medical student doing a summer program in Houston until 7/20. My availability is limited to weekday evenings and weekends. I can work on an as need basis, and be on call whenever help is needed. I might be able to work last minute.
