The reason why I am applying to be a caregiver is because I love being with children on a daily basis. I was able to be a Swim Coach a couple years ago for children and it was such a rewarding experience. Being able to teach kids how to swim and interact with them was an amazing experience. Through that job, I have previously been CPR/First Aid certified and am willing to renew my license. I am also comfortable taking care of infants & babies. My experience with this age group is from my cousins kids, who I always enjoy taking care of . Overall, I have had experience with all kinds of age groups and am comfortable with taking care of kids. I am currently a college student in San Diego at SDSU and am majoring in Business Administration Finance. I am involved in many organizations around campus, including Read more the Associated Student Council, Sigma Alpha Lambda National Honors and Community Service Society, Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity, and my residence hall council. I have always been a very sociable and outgoing person, and am good communicating. I am also a very on time person as I believe early is on time and on time is late. I have swam and golfed my whole life and am comfortable teaching kids these sports. I have also done very well academically as I had a GPA of 4.1 in high school and a GPA of 3.6 at SDSU. My hobbies are hanging out with my friends, traveling, movies, arts and crafts, reading (I practically grew up in Barnes and Noble), and watching Giants Baseball. I do not currently have a car that fits more than myself and a passenger. It does not have an airbag as it is a 1984 remodeled pickup.
