Hello my name is Crystal, I am 27 years old. My experience with being a sitter began since I was about 14years old. Being the eldest child with younger siblings and cousins I was always the one to watch over them. I have 3 years of experience working with children ages 5-12. I worked at a small town school Bates Elementary School in Courtland CA. I worked as an Extended Learning Lead staff. In this after school program we worked with children from ages 5-12 years old on homework, recreational activities, enrichment activities and sports. I worked at the after school program from 2011-2014. I miss my job and those children that made my days a happy one and kept me smiling, for that reason I still volunteer there on my days off from my current job. My supervisor complimented me often stating "you are just so patient with them, Read more this is why they warm up to you so quickly. You take the time to listen to what those little ones have to say to you." Patience is a virtue.
