She was hired to take care of my after school kids ages 9 and 11 yrs old. Suddenly one day she sends me a text that due to a family trgedy she cannot pick up my son from school and will not be able tow ork for me. THis text comes an hour before pick up time at school. No personal call to speak with me. I tried to clal her back and she would not pick up or answer my text. She did not have the courtesy to even return my house keys. Completely unprofessional and uncommunicative. She left us with no notice and no persona communication. Do not hire her. She is not suitable for nanny jobs if they cannot be responsible and professional.
