As a first time mom I am a bit hesitant hiring someone other than family to take care of my little one. Fairoz was quick to respond to all my messages, inquiry and questions. She is very professional and took care of my 7 month old son really good. I was anxious at first but she made me and the baby at ease and my baby is safe with her. She also did other things while she took care of him (baby laundry, wash baby bottles, clean toys, clean and sweep floors) and every time she comes she makes our house livable again :-). She is always on time if not early. She comes a few times a week so I can take care of other stuff.
