I am a recent University of Virginia graduate, looking to help out with last-minute and/or occasional babysitting jobs. From the ages 12-13, I lived with two elementary school-aged children, and would often watch them . I have worked as a Youth Swim instructor - leading groups of up to six children with the age groups varying from 4-12. Last summer I worked as an aid, leading nature and art hikes for elementary school children in groups of about twenty.

Michelle provided care for my children during a family work trip to a conference in the Charlottesville area. I would not have been able to participate in the conference without Michelle's help! There was a lot of up-front schedule juggling on my part and she was flexible and responsive throughout. She was conscientious regarding the kids' school work and meals, on time each day, and my girls LOVED her! The weather wasn't great for being outdoors, so Michelle took them to the bookstore (they love books), brought games to play, and took them to their favorite restaurant for lunch. I definitely recommend Michelle as a great sitter!
