Suzie started working with us as a full-time nanny in early 2017, taking care of our younger children, Diego (1yo) and Martina (2.5yo). We have known Suzie since summer 2015, when she became our go-to babysitter, taking care of the two of them as well as their older brother, Nico (4.5yo), oftentimes, whenever we needed a trustworthy carer to stay with the kids whenever we had to travel for work or simply having a date. The three of them absolutely love Suzie, always asking when she's going to babysit again! Regarding her day-to-day job, she started looking after Martina on an occasional basis when she was 9mo, and has got to know Diego from birth, so she has been key to their development. Since she started working for us full-time, se has helped with sleep training, potty training, and letting them know how to socialize and make new friends. Suzie is very friendly, tidy, responsible, caring, and reliable, always proactive to help us all with daily tasks and errands. She is very good at keeping us in the loop and will give us a detailed 'report' on how the day went and how everyone did every day. Suzie cared for our 18 month old daughter. She was a caring, attentive individual deeply motivated to do a good job for our family. If you have many specific ideas about how you would like your child cared for, Suzie is likely to be the perfect nanny for you! No detail is too small for her. We were certain our daughter was safe and well cared for (she started saying, "Suzie" immediately) and our house was always left immaculate. I also believe that Suzie would be an exceptional mother's helper, particularly for very little ones. I would have no hesitation recommending Suzie if you are looking for someone who is committed to doing a good job and open to feedback and instruction.

Suzie has been working for our family for two months now, looking after my 12 month old son. She takes great care of him, covering not only the basics (feeding, diapering, etc.) but also really getting to know him by playing and engaging with him. Suzie has been a nanny for our family for the past two months. She currently looks after our 12 month old son (24 hours per week). She is caring and thoughtful, always there for our son and family. She takes direction well, is thorough in her understanding of what's needed, and goes above and beyond what we have asked of her. Having her around has brought sanity to our chaotic lives. I love the feeling of coming home, knowing that my son has been well cared for, and finding everything clean, tidy and in order. It has been such a stress relief! Plus, she is really such a great and down to earth individual, a joy to talk with and be around.

My wife and I moved to San Diego in late 2011 for military orders. We have no family in the area, and at the time our son was 4 years old. Shortly after getting here we found a sitter who stayed with us through February 2013. This year our sitter left us because she was starting a new career and we were left in bind. With my wife deployed for the Navy, no family in the area, I sent messages through SitterCity looking for a new babysitter. Suzane quickly replied inquiring about the position and was interested to know more. She was not only quick to reply she was quick to offer up her background and babysitting experiences. When I asked if she could do an in-person interview so my son and I could meet her, she was available almost immediately for an interview. After meeting Suzane I set up a time for her to babysit- my normal routine is have a new sitter watch my son and I go see a movie and have dinner close to home. Suzane was wonderful. She was very thorough when she arrived, asking for emergency contact numbers, home address written down in case of an emergency, and asked about a booster seat in the event they needed to go some where. I was very impressed with her attention to detail- something most sitters never do is impress me on the first meeting. She ensured my son had dinner that night, and was in bed by his bedtime. Since then Suzane has babysat for me several times, and even helped out travel plans when I was out of town for my son and Mother-in-Law. She's quick to reply, and if she doesn't get a reply from you in 24 hours, she will follow up as well. With my hectic lifestyle I'm often bad to forget to reply people at times, and Suzane is great to ensure she follows up with me. She always confirms the day before she's due to babysit, which is great. Suzie has watched my three kids a few times for me and I highly recommend her. She was on time on all occasions and my kids LOVE her. They still ask about her. Suzane is a wonderful babysitter. She is very organized, reliable, and energetic. From the moment I met her, I appreciated how she was prepared for the interview and really spent time getting to know my daughter. When she watches my daughter, she always keeps in contact with me letting me know how things are going. She even sends me a picture so I can see her while I am working.
