I am a 23-year-old college student who is very passionate about kids. I am studying to become a preschool teacher in the US, because in Mexico I already graduated as a Language teacher and have worked with kindergarten, elementary and middle school students in that field. At this moment I am teaching Spanish to preschoolers, and more than a job it is something I enjoy doing. Kids transmit all that happiness, energy, and positivism to me, and it is what makes me release my inner child. Being around kids is such an amazing experience! For me, taking care of them (being active around the place making sure they are safe, or playing with them, reading to them, feeding, bathing, etc.) is a pleasure and every time I do so, I can feel that peace in my heart because I am contributing to a little and delicate person's development. I also Read more had the opportunity to volunteer at an orphanage with special needs kids in Mexico for three months. I did babysit Katia, a 5-year-old girl, for 6 months, and occasionally babysit my friends' and relatives' children. I consider myself a responsible, reliable and very dependable person. I know how children are important to parents because even though I don't have any yet, I have two little nephews who I would give life for.
