Fayth has been watching our little one for only two weeks but even after the first few times we've really looked forward to her visits. She's always on time and flexible when I need her to stay a little extra, and she shows up ready to get on the floor and play with my active 10 month old. My daughter is quite hands on and Fayth not only keeps up with her but also asked for feedback on how best to engage her, which I really appreciate since I've had sitters in the past who aren't receptive to feedback. I primarily work from home and when she's here I can hear her singing and laughing with my little one, which is about as good as it gets. We are really happy to have found her and look forward to continuting to get to know her better.
