I graduated from CSUF nursing program in May with my bachelor's degree and am waiting to take my boards in a few months. I have a second degree in psychology from CSULB. I have been volunteering at a hospital at their pediatric oncology floor for 3 years and am familiar with taking care of healthy and sick children (undergoing chemotherapy). I have my ACLS (advanced cardiac life support), PALS (pediatrics advance life support), CNA (certified nurse assistant), and BLS (basic life support) certifications. I grew up in a big family of 5 children so babysitting experience has been engrained in me since I was a child. I enjoy being around children and know how to communicate with them. I enjoy doing various activities with them such as art, music, yoga, soccer, volleyball, etc. I can also tutor. If I wasn't going to be a nurse, I would have become a Read more teacher.
