I exchanged emails with Ms Palmina and set up a time to meet her. On that evening, I waited and called her phone and she did not pick up. Finally I emailed her and got an email reply after 30-40 min past meeting time that she was in an accident and could not come. I requested for a different date and we agreed. On the day of the meeting, she emailed me and told me she would not work below a certain rate ($15). I told her we should meet and decide on rates after that. She agreed to come down that evening and I waited for her again, she never showed up, no phone calls, no emails. I would not waste my time contacting her or setting up interview times with her.
