Worked at a campus day care for six months just before I graduated, helped provide care for 9 infants (6-18 months). Loved the job! Comfortable changing diapers, putting children down for naps, feeding, etc. I had previously worked on and off babysitting from about the age of 15 on. I DO have a clean background and have clean TB testing etc (or the UC Berkeley campus never would have hired me), but I did not want to pay $15 to prove there on here. I DO have references but I'm only trying to find 1-2 jobs, so I want to share that only if you're serious about hiring.
