I have a great deal of babysitting experience because I truly enjoy the work. I started consistently sitting when I was in high school and have continued to work and develop myself as a professional caregiver in the 12 years since I began. I was with my most recent long term family as a nanny/ family assistant for four years, and it was a deep joy to watch the children grow into the eloquent, polite, kind, and fun-loving teenagers they are today. I've worked as an after-school nanny, an as-needed babysitter, a sitter for large events, and as a facilitator for youth arts programs. Whether I'm working with large or small groups, infants or pre-teens, I truly love engaging with young people and discovering what makes them feel joyful and validated.
