Fun, caring, loving, dedicated, flexible, honest, and educated, kid tested, parent approved nanny and mother of one. I have a love for children, as well as pretty much all living creatures. I was blessed with having a way with children (maybe because I'm usually about the same size as them, hence my name "Mini") and the privilege of making that my career. Once I am comfortable, I am firm, yet also gentle and understanding when aiding children of all ages in following rules, maintaining routine and developing habits that keep them healthy, safe, and successful as they embark on their journey into adulthood.
