We had a very strange experience with her and definitely not recommend her as a babysitter. She seemed very nice and arrived on time, but she was smelling strongly to cigarette. I was raised in a family were everyone smoked, my friends smoke so I know perfectly that smell and how it sticks to clothes and skin. We are smoke free family, so my husband asked her to please not smoke in our house while taking care of our children. She denied that she ever smoke and even denied that she smelled!! For us that was a ridiculous lie!! If she had only admitted that she smoked or was with someone who smoked, we would not have had a problem, but the fact that she blatantly lied was a very serious mistake for us. How to trust our children to a person who lies?

Christie babysat my two toddlers during a night out. My 3 year old had a lot of fun playing with her! Would definitely recommend.

Hitomi is a great sitter. She is very nice and helpful. She is nurturing and caring with my baby.

I called Hitomi to help me out last minute when my daughters school was closed and I had to be on calls for work. She arrived on time, took my instructions very well and most importantly, my daughter took to her right away. I could hear them talking, singing and reading the entire time she was here. She cleaned up the kitchen after snack time and the toys when they were done playing. Would recommend Hitomi and have her babysit again

I'm still very confused about what happened with Hitomi. I contacted her about a nanny position and we messaged back and forth making arrangements. Then we decided to do an in-person meeting to discuss details and meet my kids. She called and said she was nearby, on her way and then I never heard from her again. I saw in another review that she did not show up, but thought that it must have been a misunderstanding. I still don't know what happened. I was meeting with Hitomi plan for her to take care of my infant daughter as I am starting a new position in a matter of days. I felt like her profile looked good, background checks, good phone interview... then no show. I texted and called a few times to see what happened. Asked if she was ok. Thought maybe there had been a car accident or something. Nothing. Very disappointing and confusing. Not professional.

Was all set for her to come and she confirmed she would arrive at 9am no notice no show nothing not even a text to say she would not be comming.

Hitomi (Kristy) is a great babysitter. She is dependable and reliable. She was always prompt on the days she was scheduled. My youngest is very afraid of strangers but Kristy did not let it bother her and did everything she could to make her comfortable. She also brought fun activities for my oldest daughter. I highly recommend Kristy. It was very hard leaving my girls with someone new and she took great care of them.

I used Hitomi at the end of April 2015 to watch my infant son while I took my four year old daughter to Disney. She was absolutely wonderful. We were staying at a Disney resort and she arrived promptly each morning at a prearranged time. She was very attentive with him, even taking him for walks around the property. She took initiative by bringing her own "activity bag" in case she also watched my toddler. She fed, changed, and swaddled my baby and by the end of four days he clearly enjoyed her company.

Hitomi watched our 9 month old son and did a great job! She met all of his needs throughout the day and was very pleasant to work with. She truly really loves children and goes above and beyond to accommodate their needs. We will definitely use Hitomi in the future.
