My love of baby sitting started when I became a big sister almost 25 years ago!!! While most people do not see being an older sibling as a baby sitting job, I believe it is. You learn so much about people and feelings; as well as discipline and how to instill it in the child without force. As much as I would love to give credit to being the eldest sister, most of my credit comes from my volunteer work as a substitute catechism instructor and my 7 ur job as a youth leader 2 for an at-risk youth after school program. I worked with over 200 students in those 7 yrs and learned to appreciate children so much more because of it. I hope this small insight into my vast experience and knowledge wil help assure you that your children are in the rights hands. Thank You for your Read more time! :)
