I am currently a substitute teacher. I have experience babysitting. I also worked in after-school childcare and summer day camp programs with children with developmental delays for over a year. I have attended many trainings through that job, from trainings about positive behavior strategies to seizure trainings. I am also CPR certified. I will be attending graduate school beginning in September to become a speech-language pathologist. My passion is to work with children and I love facilitating their experiences so that they are fun, meaningful, and educational whenever possible.

To Whom It May Concern; Nicole was the perfect match for my family. I have a 4yr old boy that is on the autism spectrum and a 1.5yr old toddler that is speech delayed. She has been heaven sent to my family. The first time she came over, she immediately built a great rapport with my boys. They both immediately love her!!! She is very aware of growth and development. She is very smart and she knows how to apply it with kids! She is reliable and dependable. She is always on time. If she was going to be late 5min, she calls! We had her watch our kids 4days a week. She is very kind. She has alot compassion to help others. She is trustworthy. She is everything that every family would want especially with the hyper active kids that I have. She is very positive. She kept my kids calm. She was able to give them activities that both kids can enjoy at the same time. She knew my kids well and encourage them to grow. My son's confidence grew because of Nicole. She made him feel proud of every accomplishment even if its just a simple drawing... My family misses her alot.... She had to go to grad school far from our home. So if you are looking for a fun, caring, and understanding babysitter/nanny... look no further... I cried on her last day. My kids will always remember Ms.Nicole!
