Hey there! My name is Kansas Williams. I am an SDSU graduate with a bachelors in child and family development. I have been babysitting for the past six years and I absolutely love it. I have worked for many families as an occasional babysitter and have worked for 3 families as a nanny over the course of the past 5 years. I am a San Diego native and have been living here for my whole life. I have worked with children of all ages ranging from 0-13 years of age. However, I have the most experience with toddlers ranging from 1 to 3. As a child and family development major, I learned so much about how humans develop and it has helped me have a better understanding of how children grow and the stages and phases they go through. Kansas watched my little girl(young toddler) for a few hours in the morning twice a week while I worked upstairs and it was wonderful. My daughter was so happy, never whined/cried and felt so comfortable with her(she went and sat on her lap upon meeting her). She played and read books with her, she had a blast. Kansas is a kind and down to earth young woman and I am so lucky to have had her watch our little one. She is smart and I knew my daughter was in safe hands. Lastly, she has amazing instincts. One day, I dropped her and my daughter off a park close by. The park shares a parking lot with a school. While Kansas and my daughter were at this park, some grandparents had said they saw a man with a gun walking around, she immediately ran to the school for shelter and called me right away. She is an amazing sitter and I'll always be grateful her her keeping my daughter safe during that scary situation.

Kansas has been AMAAAZING for our one year old Caia . Her home is extremely clean and well kept ! She is Extremely communicative and follows the directions we give to her . She can adapt to any culture your child comes from and she always has high energy and a smile on her face! She is awesome I would highly recommend her.
