Hello! I’m Kristina, and I'm the oldest of 4. I have been working formally with children for over 15 years now. I have cared for 1-25 children at a time and have worked with children ages 2mo. - 15yrs. old, including twins, children with special needs or disabilities, and sick children. Aside from regularly looking after my siblings as we were growing up, I have been a responsible babysitter and nanny since I was 13 years old and I have been employed at a children's nursery since that age as well. I also have past experience as a teacher’s aide at a preschool, a private tutor, a homeschool teacher, and a caregiver for adults too. I have cooked, cleaned, and cared for many families - which includes transportation and running errands, as well as accompanying children and families to events or activities outside of the home. I currently have three certificates of accomplishment specializing in heath and safety, infant and toddler care, and teaching assistance. I am patient, kind, friendly, creative, responsible, and reliable. I do well under pressure and I regularly keep a level composure, but most of all, I absolutely love children. I enjoy interacting with them and engaging in interests that they like. It warms my heart when I’m able to establish a connection with each child I care for. I want to make sure I am constantly having positive and impactful encounters with children of all ages and I pride myself on creating a loving and safe environment while they are in my care. I have been married for over 6 years now and I hope to have children of my own someday. I would also love to have my own daycare center in the future where young children can learn and play together. I am CPR and first aid certified, as I have been for over 10 years by re-taking the class when needed, to keep my certification card valid.
