I was raised in a wonderful home in Northern Utah by loving parents who taught me standards and principles. My mother taught me kindness, patience, love, tenderness, compassion, obedience, cooking, baking, and so much more, My father taught me strength, perseverance, ethics, values, ability, flexibility, drive, and hard work. I am the fourth of the six wanted children (we were all adopted). I say I am the fourth when I should say the last. After my youngest brother and I came along, I guess my parents thought they had all they could handle at ages 46 an 50. I have always been involved with kids. I love them. Never able to have kids of my own, I've have great appreciation for my parents, as well as other parents, and their abilities to manage family, life, and careers. Parenthood b far is the most difficult, challenging, and certainly the most rewarding Read more of any and all careers or jobs. I started my career of babysitting at the young age of 8. Granted it was not for long periods of time; however, I managed to work up a steady source of income throughout my youth and teenage years. After a few years of college and pursuing adult oriented goals such as marriage, I wanted to become a nanny to gain a real hands-on experience of parenthood. I did so for numerous families (4) from 1988 to 1994. Since then I have had the opportunity to raise 3 stepchildren, striving to provide them with the type of loving and fun home I was raised in. I applied the same type of standards, values, and principles I learned as a child hoping that they too will learn, apply, use, and eventually they too will learn, apply, use, and eventually teach their own children someday. I have also had several opportunities to care for one of my friends kids throughout the past eight years. Recently, I have had the opportunity to watch their three boys ages 8, 5, and 4 years old while they were in Europe for two weeks. I am hardworking. I am loving. I am fun and have a good sense of humor. I am trustworthy. I am consistent. I am honest. I am kind hearted. I am active. I love the outdoors. I love sports. I love education. I love doing crafts and projects. I love to cook. These are some things you will come to know when I have the opportunity privilege of helping you and your family.
