Hi there! My name is Maddy. I'm looking for ongoing date night caregiver positions. I am Trustline and Orange Tree certified. I'm CPR and first aid certified. I've taught/ teach preschool, piano, and voice. I've also tutored K-12. I have been working at The Livermore Valley Tennis club in the nursery and game room for 2.5 years. I have also worked for College Nannies and Tutors for 1 year. I have also been nicknamed "the baby whisperer" because I'm really good with babies. I'm currently at Las Positas and will soon be transferring to CSU East Bay to obtain my BA in Mass Communications. My rates vary from $15-20 an hour depending on many factors like location, ages of the children, how many children etc. If you are going to PM me with inquiries I would appreciate it if you would not lie. I also do not babysit for people Read more who are stay at home parents and are home while I am there. It upsets the children, causes them to misbehave, and they don't want to listen to me because you're home. It also makes me extremely uncomfortable because I feel as if I'm not needed and it makes me feel as if I'm wasting my time. I will do things like laundry, dishes, anything house cleaning wise. But it is for extra compensation. I'm a date night caregiver, not a built in housekeeper. Of course I'll put away a dish or two after I feed the children dinner but do not ask me to clean your house after the kids are asleep unless you are planning to pay me $5 more an hour. I know his sounds strict but I've been doing this for four years consistently and people consistently have tried to take advantage of my services and time.
