Hello, my name is Jennifer Silva and I currently work at Loma Linda University Health as a program manager for international projects. You may be asking, why am I interested in caregiving when I am currently employed? What sparked my interest is that I do have a passion and interest to care for children, the elderly, or anyone in need of care. I used to take care of children ages 5-7 and I grew up with a very diverse family which allowed me to care for my nieces, my siblings, and my grandparents. I also noticed that there are opportunities to care for children in the evenings which work well with my schedule and potentially yours if you are looking for an evening out or night shifts. I have been a teacher, a coordinator for children's programs, and an at home health educator for over 6000 families in San Bernardino Read more County. I am flexible, responsible, hardworking, nurturing, caring, diverse, and understanding. I have worked with many different types of people and children and I can adapt to different personality types and meet children needs where they are at.
