I am a retired School Teacher and currently work part time as a special needs paraeducator. When the youngest of my five children was in high school, I initially went back to work at a KinderCare Learning Center as the lead teacher in the infant room for 3 years. After that I did some private childcare and then went back to teaching for a few years. Upon retiring I did private childcare, including twins. I am beginning my fourth year as a paraeducator and in addition would like to do private childcare. I have always enjoyed being involved with the care of children and seeing them flourish. I keep my teaching certificate current and to do so, have recently had a background check and fingerprinted. I have also recently renewed my first aid/cpr certificate.
Trust & safety
We encourage parents to conduct their own screenings using the background check tools. See what each of the badges covered, or learn more about keeping your family safe by visiting the Trust & Safety Center.
