When I was nine years old, I hand-made business cards to promote my "Mother's Helper" service. I aided (mostly my mom's friends) in caring for children while their moms worked from home. As I got older, I took on more responsibility with other people's children, and by the age of 13, I was going on annual family vacations with the job of watching over three children ages five to eight. Now, my main profession is to be a jack of all trades when it comes to art and education. I am currently writing and illustrating a children's book (called The Princess and the Janitor). I paint, sculpt, make jewelry, dance, make films, study philosophy, and sing in three bands. I am so grateful to be afforded a life in which I get to explore myself and the universe through art and interaction. I love coming to understand more about children Read more through each one I become acquainted with and take care of. To me, growing up is the most exciting creative process of all, which is why it is so delicate. Beyond enjoying the company of children, I am an amateur gluten-free, vegan cook (a hobby developed after discovering my own food allergies). I love pets, and grew up taking care of cats and dogs. I speak French and I drive my own vehicle - a 2013 Hyundai Tuscon. I can tutor all levels of English Literature, and most levels of French, science, and math. I also have CPR training and certificate. I have accrued extra patience in life by dabbling in the fields of journalism, food and beverage service, and acting.
