Hi, I'm Lyndsay! I'm 29 years old and live in Las Vegas. I have a bachelor's degree (cum laude) in speech-pathology and audiology from Cleveland State University. I have been babysitting ages 10 and under for 16 years. The youngest was 5 months old, and the oldest was 10. From ages 12-14, I worked with a city program where I cared for a different child each week, and would often be asked to babysit the children on nights and weekends. After college, I was a certified substitute paraprofessional for grades preschool through 12th grade, and eventually became full-time in a special education preschool classroom. After one year, I became a full-time in-home nanny for a 6-month-old girl, and a 5-year-old boy with special needs (developmentally delayed in all areas). For three years, I babysat two children (ages ranging from 2-7). I still babysit them on occasion. I also babysit my Read more two nephews (ages ranging from 5 months to 7 years) when I visit Ohio (where I am originally from). I currently nanny 2 boys, ages 5 and 7. I have experience with regular education, special education, IEP's, 504 plans, speech and hearing delays/disorders, etc. I love kids of every age, but especially enjoy kids 10 and under. I have experience with babies (feeding, diapers, car seats) and adore it!
