We exchanged multiple emails with Yinyi, scheduling an initial in-person interview, one of three. She canceled an hour before the interview and requested a new day due to a "fever." The reason we are looking for a nanny is because our previous one started calling in sick/changin days on us, etc. Needless to say, we decided we didn't want to reschedule with Yinyi. She might be a great nanny--we didn't get that far to know, but realibility/responsibility are very important.

Yinyi does a great job with our two young boys. We've found her very caring and knowledgable. She goes beyond just simply watching and playing with them for a few hours, as she was immediately learning from them and finding the best way to take care of them and help them grow. We highly recommend her.
