I have been working with children for about 10 years now and will continue working with kids. I have worked with children with and without disabilities such as Autism, Charge Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, and behavioral problems. Anyone who works with children knows the joy of helping children, the pride in being a part of the process of raising a child, and how much fun it can be to play with them. Now a days, helping a child to mold and shape themselves into the adults they will become starts of with good role modeling and coaching. Therefore, being open minded and having long reaching effects on the child is important. To me, being a good babysitter means interacting with the whole family, adapting each activity or situation for each individual, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children in all respects.
