I became an aunt in 2009, and that changed everything. Ten years and eight nieces and nephews later, I love nothing more than doing life with kids and helping them grow into their best selves. My psychology degree gives me a theoretical background in childhood development and ways to effectively encourage good behavior and discourage negative behaviors. My two years as a supervisor in tech gives me hands-on experience of what does and doesn't work, and deescalating high stress situations quickly. I love working with children and seeing them grow. My passion is building relationships, and helping children grow into the best people they can be. I want what's best for them, and I will do everything in my power to make it happen.
