For many years I have worked in my churches children's ministry. This includes watching, feeding, etc. with children for a couple hours week. We would deal with children from 1-12. Additionally at my recent job I was working for LAUSD in the after school programs. This meant we watched them, helped with homework and give them space to learn and grow on their own.
