I recently graduated from the University of Maryland with academic honors. I just moved to the West Coast for an internship--I work Monday through Thursday. As I'm sure you're aware, the cost of living out here is pretty expensive, and I'm looking for part-time work (I'm available Friday-Sunday). I've been babysitting children of various ages since I was a teen. For the past 7 years, I've spent my summers working in a summer camp in Haddonfield, NJ. I also plan on applying for a national teacher corps of college graduates and professionals who commit to teach for two years and raise student achievement in public schools. I like to think of myself as a very responsible, detail-oriented, respectable person, and I love children.
