Hey everyone, My name is Chandler and I am 24 year old. I currently live in Menifee with my fiancé and two kids. I have a 5 year old daughter and 10 month old daughter of my own. ( I do have family willing to watch them while I babysit or nanny) I lived in Kentucky for two years while my fiancé attended WKU on a football scholarship. While living in Kentucky I worked at a daycare for two years where I became the two year old lead teacher. Our ratio in Kentucky was 1:10, so I was pretty busy. I REALLY loved my job and would still be there if we hadn't moved back to California to be around our families. A typical day in my classroom consisted as free play in the morning while changing diapers, getting the kids to wash hands, cleaning the table and getting them Read more ready for breakfast. After breakfast was over we cleaned up and lined up to go outside for 45 mins. After outside time we came back in to hand washing, and then would get into our learning time. we did arts & crafts everyday which would help me teach them while they were having fun. We would work on colors, shapes, counting, abc's, their names and age and sign language. We would go from arts and crafts to either story time or music time depending on my lesson plan for the week. Followed by diaper changes/potty training, and then washing hands and getting ready for lunch. After lunch we washed hands and cleaned the area and it was so time. Most kids fell asleep to the lullabies, however I did have a few I would pat their back or rub their head to sleep. After nap was hand washing and diaper changes, and snack. After snack was over we would have circle time and then the day ended with outside time. I have 30 hours of infant and toddler training. I also have 10 hours of infant and child head trauma along with being CPR certified. I'm very flexible as far as hours go. I can babysit in your home or mine. We have a child proof house with outlet plugs and baby gates. We do have a toddler trampoline and swing set in the backyards.
