I love kids. I worked at a camp counselor at Mission Viejo Christian School and I absolutely loved it. I worked with kids ranging from preschool-5th grade. I would put together activities for them to do such as arts & crafts, sports, and even help them with their homework. I have found that kids feed off of your enthusiasm, no matter what it is. If you are passionate for something, they will be too. In addition, I also volunteered at the YMCA in Tempe, AZ. I volunteered in Tempe because I went to school at Arizona State receiving my Bachelor's in Biological Sciences. At the YMCA, I was a basketball coach for 6th and 7th graders. We would have at least two practices a week with games every weekend. I put my heart and soul into every practice because I wanted to teach them more than just basketball skills, I Read more wanted to teach them life skills as well. I taught them things that I value such as respect for others and good sportsmanship. I have experience with a whole range of kids and I would love to come and meet yours!
