Hello my name is Katie and I am an instructional assistant for Oceanside Unified School District. Every summer I am able to stay home with my two daughters. I know that not everyone works a job with a summer vacation and struggle to find summer child care. So every summer I babysit up to 3 children in my own home. I have had 15 years experience with babysitting. I have also worked in classrooms ranging from preschool to 12 th grade. I am CPR and first aid certified and have had a background check and live scan through Oceanside school district. I also have taken child development and am in the process of finishing my psychology degree. I know from being mother how stressful it can be finding the right child care. I know how nerve wracking it can be when you're at work wondering if you child is having Read more a good time at daycare. The most important part to me of finding child care is making sure that the care is a good fit for everyone. I live in a gated community and in a smoke free home. Our family does have a dog named Sam. Sam is almost 9 years old he does not bark ,unless somebody knocks on the door , and sleeps 85% of the day. He is absolutely amazing with my girls. My home is also babyproofed through out. I also understand that paying hourly adds up really quick so I usually do flat rates. Please feel to contact me. I plan on begining babysitting on June 13th. Thank you
