I'm looking for a family to help with childcare, or as a baby nurse (weekends/evenings are fine, too) or to pick-up from school. I'm Australian and have over nine years experience caring for children and adults, multiples and people with special needs. I'm 39, a college graduate. Having cared for so many children: I can anticipate any safety issues and focus my time on having fun with the kids. When I am with them - they get my full attention. I'm well-versed in baby-wearing; nursing; swaddling etc as I have cared for three sets of newborn twins and many others in the last nine years. I am a kind, gentle person. Always positive, always honest. I understand how to be consistent with boundaries parents set and how they want their children to be cared for.
