Hello. My name is Shiori, 29 years old. I have the fortunate opportunity to work in Early Child Development for more than 5 years. Also I did AuPair program(Live-in-Nanny) in CA and VA for total 2 years. I also have worked at an international preschool for about 2 years with a very rigorous bilingual program that aimed develop language proficiency. It also taught the importance of diversity and cultural acceptance in order to allow them to appreciate cross-cultural interactions and learn to understand themselves better. I realized that it feels really good when I see a child's growth such as when they become able to start talking and using words or being able to feed his or herself.
