Hello! I am an experienced caregiver for young children. I am 28 years old, outgoing, caring, responsible, reliable and can be depended on in caring for your children. I have worked with children as young as 2 months and as old as 13 years. I have a joy for working with children, scaffolding them to grow to their highest potential and most importantly have fun while learning new things. I am currently finishing up my degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked in a classroom setting with multiple age groups. I am very familiar with developmental stages and appropriate practices for each age group. I have been introduced to many different teaching views and have taken bits and pieces from each one to create my own standard for teaching. I love to explore new things and let kids enjoy the excitement of doing new things. I am a big Read more fan of being outdoors and taking in our environment. I think children should be outside as much as possible. They gain so much from the fresh air and plant life. I am pediatric first aid and CPR certified. I also have completed 40+ ECE (early childhood education) credits, so I am very familiar with all aspects around childhood. I have many references so please feel free to contact me and ask about my prior work.
