Hello, my name is Raquel Pea. I am a student working towards my teaching degree at City College of San Francisco. Teaching is my passion. I enjoy inspiring and engaging children since they are constantly being shaped by the world around them. I lead through example. My goal is to encourage children to be curious explorers and passionate givers, ready to tackle the worlds obstacles and to enjoy its many gifts. A typical day in my care includes craft-making, baking, reading, solving puzzles, listening to music, and of course naps! Every child is unique and I make a point to understand their individual skills and characteristics before setting up a care plan. I hope to soon have my degree in teaching. I have regularly taken care of 1 child at the age of 2, 2 children at the age of 5 and 7, and 3 children at the age of Read more 7, 9, and 11 in Sacramento and the Bay Area.
