"To live is an awfully big adventure..." -Peter Pan Hello! I'm Aimee! I'm silly, fun and highly responsible. I recently worked for a large non-profit that provides support to military veterans and their families. In the process of working for this organization, I realized something: adults are lovely but I adore working with kids. Exploring, having adventures, learning, snack time, and giggles are way better than answering emails, taking phone calls and skype conferences. This realization sent me to this site, and thus, here I am. I have nannied for two different families in the past, worked at camps, vacation bible schools, after school programs, volunteered with the children's ministry at my church, baby sat for a special needs family, pretty much the gambit. I am independent and easy going. Set your expectations for me and I will exceed them. I will love your kiddos like they were my own Read more and cherish them every chance I get. I've done some pretty neat things in the corporate world, but at the home is where my heart is. I am happy and willing to tutor, cook dinners (family friendly meals are my specialty) and do light house work. I've also been known to contact teachers about homework assignments and to take some pretty neat field trips. I don't mind diapers or bottles. Do you have pets too? Even better! If you decide to bring me into your home and into your child's life I see that as the utmost honor and will treat it with the utmost responsibility. Give me a call and we can set up an interview to see if we are a good fit!
