Hello Prospective Family, My name is Jeni H. I am 50 years old, I am a resident of Orange, I am happily married to my husband of 22 years, and a mother of two boys, ages 16 and 13. I am a mature, older, responsible women who cares about your child/children. I am committed, on time to my job and respectful. I believe that everyone has a spiritually gift that God has given each and every one of us. I believe and know that my spiritually gift is to take care of children of all ages. I have been given the gift of patience, tenderness and a giving heart. I would love to be a part of your family, and your family a part of my family. I have many years of experience with working with children of all ages. When my children were infants /toddlers themselves I worked at Read more local church with infants and toddlers. There I changed diapers, fed the babies their bottles, mixed formula, rocked the babies to sleep. I worked as a Teacher’s Assistant for 6 months at a local pre-school. I work with the older 3‘s and young 4 ’s. group of children. My duties were to change diapers on the children who were not potty trained, monitor bathrooms, get the snacks prepared for snack time, help with painting, read books to the children in circle time. I was there to help out the teacher in whatever was necessary to make things run smoother in the classroom. I was a Noon Duty Supervisor at a local Charter School in Orange, K-8. My duties were to watch the children at lunch and lunch recess to make sure they have a safe environment to play and eat in. I worked there for 4 years. I enjoy working with children of all ages. I have been hired for babysitting/nanny positions through Care.com. I have worked with about 7 different families. I currently work for a family who has a 1 year old little boy. We go for walks to the park and car rides. I am able to transport him to Mommy & Me classes at a park in Orange. I feed him, change his diapers, and read to to him. We also go to the local library and check out books. I also work for a family on Mondays who have 2 boys ages 2 and 5, and a newborn girl. I have been working with this particular family for over a year. I teach the older child his ABC's, and color. I prepare meals, change diapers and play with the boys, pick up the older boy from school. I also work occasionally for a family who has a 7 month old baby boy. I play "tummy time", and feed him.
