presently work as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in a Long Term Care Facility at Van Nuys Healthcare Center. I am responsible for the care and management of geriatric patients including carrying out doctor's orders. My duties include Oral and Enteral Administration of prescribed medications and treatments to patients including G-tube feeding and care. Assess and record vital signs and provide emotional support to patients. Charting patient's condition and reinforce careplans as indicated. Contacting physicians order medications as needed. Other responsibilities also involve preparing and giving injections to patients as ordered. I am happily married and a proud mother of 9 year old twins. I am patient, trustworthy and hard working. My son has been diagnosed with autism when he was a toddler, but his progress is outstanding. Based on my own experience, I am knowledgable enough in handling children with special needs. However, I am only available from 9 am Read more to 3 pm Monday to Friday starting August . My schedule may not be flexible enough, but I always give my best and perform my job to do to the best of my ability. My children taught me how to love unconditionally, and I will be than happy to extend that love to every family I work with.
