My name is Jennifer. I am currently working on a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Azusa Pacific University. I received my undergraduate Psychology Degree and Biology Degree from Cal State Northridge. Over the years I have gained an abundance of time working with children. In high school I would babysit my neighbor's infant. Throughout college I worked at a martial arts studio, where I was in charge of childcare for approximately 30 kids from ages 4-16. Through this job, I began privately tutoring several kids outside of the studio. Many of my tasks included picking up the children from school and dropping them off at different locations for sports and other actives. Often I would take the children to the park to enjoy the outdoors and to the movies. I have a passion working with children. It is such a wonderful Read more time in their development, and I enjoy being able to play and help guide them as they grow. Being able to build a relationship and trust with the child is something of great importance to me, along with the respect of the parents. I believe in having fun and brining learning lessons and educational experiences in an exciting way, which kids can enjoy.
