Hi. My name is Megan H. Caring for and educating children has been my occupation for over 20 years. We recently relocated to the Palos Verdes Peninsula area via the United States Coast Guard. My husband is a pilot. We have two children ages 10 and 7. I taught first grade for seven years prior to becoming a Mom. I have duel certification in Elementary Education/Early Childhood education and a M.A. in Elementary School Guidance Counseling. Since then, I have been an instructor at Stroller Strides, preschool teacher, board member of an education foundation, Vice President of the Shore Mother's Club, and babysitter. Children are my passion and my life's work. I am looking for a part time commitment and am happy to drive your children to and from their events. My two children will be accompanying me if it is outside of school hours (8am-3pm). Most recently, I worked Read more for two families in our previous duty station in New Jersey. My duties included transporting children to and from school and after school activities. I also did academic work with the preschool aged children.
