Hi, my name is Mayra Gonzalez, currently attending San Mateo community college. I'm 23 years old one of my goals is to transfer to sac state to pursue my major in speech pathology. I have worked with kids for five years for an after-school program in the Redwood City. Over the years working for the after-school program I have learned a lot about working with kids and have worked with all grades. I have also worked for my Canada College while attending school there , as a mentor for incoming students to community college. This where I guided students around our school and helped in any way I could, to find scholarships, to helping out with assignments and more. Other things about me would be that I love spending time with family and friends. Art is one of my hobbies, I'm also the oldest of three girls in my family.
